Customizing Tooltip

The tooltip setting allows you to control display and formatting for the tooltip of a visual.

To choose among options for tooltip display in pie visuals,

  1. Click Settings on the right side of the Visuals menu.

    The Settings modal window appears.

  2. In the Settings modal window, click Tooltip.

  3. Consider following options:

    • Select or unselect Include percentage of total in tooltip. This option is selected by default.
    • Enter a new Label for percentage. By default, this is set to percentage.
    • Specify Decimals included in percentage. By default, percentage is reported to two decimal places.

  4. Click Apply.

  5. Click Refresh Visual.
