Adding Multiple Users to Multiple Roles

When working in the Users tab, you can add multiple roles to one or more users:

  1. Select the users that you want to assign to roles. We used Admin2 and User2.
  2. Click the (down arrow) on the right of Add to Roles, and select the roles for the users. We used Test Role 1 and Test Role 2.
  3. Click Save.
In Manage Users and Groups, on the Users tab, click checkboxes next to usernames, then click '+ Add to Group', and click checkboxes next to group names, then click Save.
