Apps Security Model

Apps have a simple security model.

1. An existing App may only be altered by its creator, or by a user with Admin privileges.
2. All users, both Standard and Admin, can add public Apps to their left navigation panel.

3. Managing an App gives you the abilities to:

   • Rename the App
   • Delete the App
   • Create and manage Subgroups
   • Make the App public
   • Add and remove visuals and dashboards in the App
