Installing Arcadia Enterprise Using Ambari Stacks

Before you begin your installation, familiarize yourself with some terminology, prerequisites, and port usage, and complete all necessary backup tasks.

Start the Ambari Server
Download and Prepare Arcadia Enterprise Files
Stop and Restart Ambari Service
Add Arcadia Enterprise to Ambari Services
Set Options and Complete Installation
Start Arcadia Enterprise
Enable PAM Authentication in Ambari

Developer Notes:

Arcadia Enterprise is certified on HW 2.3 (Ambari version 2.2) and all subsequent releases. See Certifications: Partner Integration.
HDP must be installed on the cluster prior to beginning the Arcadia Enterprise installation.
